Transfer:Current Courses-Summer'13 courses subject to change after May. App due March

I plan to transfer to colleges for the fall term of 2013. I am a green holder. But I haven’t moved to USA yet. I am currently doing my undergraduates in Bangladesh. I have a confusion regarding one of the questions in common applications transfer admission form for 2013-2014.

Current Courses: Please indicate title, level (100-level, 200-level, etc.) and credit value of all courses you are taking this year. Indicate quarter classes taken in the
same semester on the appropriate semester line. If you are not currently enrolled in college, please list the courses you took most recently.

1st column: Full Year/First Semester/First Trimester
2nd column: Second Semester/Second Trimester
3rd column: Third Trimester or additional first/second term courses if more space is needed

I completed four semesters so far: summer’11, spring’12, summer’12, fall’12

Spring’13 classes will start next week and will end by the end of April. Final results will be able by 7th May.

Summer’13 classes will start on 19th May and will continue till the end of August.

I was confused what courses should I put for 1st/2nd/3rd semester sections. I first thought I should just include the courses that I will take during 2013 (1st semester:spring’13, 2nd semester:summer’13 and 3rd semester: blank). I talked to a friend and she suggested I should state the courses that I have already taken or will take for my 2nd year in college. So according to her it should be: 1st semester: fall’12, 2nd semester: spring’13 and 3rd semester: summer’13. I think she makes more sense than I did. Do you think her suggestion is accurate?

Okay, I have another problem regarding this. Well, I will start registering for the spring'13 classes within a few days. So I am absolutely certain about the spring’13 courses that will be in progress when I apply. However, I have a confusion regarding the courses that I plan to take during the summer’13. I am absolutely sure about two of the courses that I plan to take next summer since they are under my own department. However, the other two courses may change since it depends on seat availability and those courses have a lot of demand. Is it okay if the four courses that I state in the applications for summer'13 change a little bit? It's just that I can't be absolutely sure about the courses I will actually be able to take until the beginning of summer'13. My friend suggested that I should include a note saying summer’13 courses are subject to change. I am not sure if I can do that in the online version of the common application. Do any of you have any other suggestion? Do you think there will be any problem if the courses for summer’13 change?

The deadline for most of the universities that I am applying to is 15th March. I will have my transcripts for spring’13 somewhere around May which is way past the deadline. At least, it is closer to the period when universities send decision letters/mails. So I can still send the transcripts if they want it at the last moment. But what about the summer’13 transcripts? By the time it’s ready it will already be September’13. Surely universities won’t wait this long for my last and final transcript? Will my application remain undecided because of this?
I am extremely sorry my post is this long. As always, your help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Can anyone help me,please? I
I feel like taking courses in summer’13 will be a huge problem for me. It will be a whole lot easier if i took courses in my current university till spring’13. However, my dad thinks it’s a bad idea to take a semester break this summer. What if I take a break and later find out that I can’t afford to study in any of the universities that offer me admission? I already had a semester break last year because I had to go to USA to sort my green card issues. I can’t afford to have another break without knowing what will happen in the future. So what do you think? Can I take courses till summer’13?

I know I have too many questions. It’s just that I have no can help me clear out my confusion regarding the admission process and this forum is the only place where there can really explain my problems. Thank you.

I have decided to mail the universities and see if they could help me. Thanks to anyone who read this extraordinary long post.
