Hey guys! Quick question. Why am i still stuck on step 2 on my AIS. I have Sent all my documents to A&M and in the documents tab wrote received. But my college transcript doesn't have a check although official transcript has been sent and received. Should i be worried? Does anyone has the same problem as me?

How do you know the college transcript has been received and how long ago do you think it was received? I saw someplace that Admissions said to allow a couple of weeks for received items to be matched up with the applicant’s file.

It is stated in the document tab at the bottom of my AIS that my stuff is in. It is 2/22/11 when my stuff was received; till now they haven been “processed”. I am worried…

I think your paperwork is well within the normal range for how long it is taking to move to the next step considering we are only two weeks away from the deadline. This is the time of year that everything slows down due to the sheer numbers of items the staff has to handle. I know transfer apps that were submitted in mid-Jan and the whole process took only 3 weeks until acceptance. It seems like things submitted in mid-Feb are experiencing a much slower rate of movement.

If I were you and my app hasn’t moved any by next Monday morning, I would call the Admissions office and get someone to just give your electronic file a quick glance to make sure everything is in order. That way, if there is some gap in your paperwork, you will know enough before the March 15th deadline to get something in. Otherwise it is just the awful waiting game that you are going to have to endure. One of the admission counselors told me that we should know something by early April.

Good luck and keep us posted on how your app is progressing.

Thank you so much CSMom. I will do that.
Peace!
