Processed application

I have already sent all the necessary documents, and my application has already been processed. So I was wondering how much longer it will take to get my admission decision?

Thank you! :)

It depends. Are you an automatic admit by being in top 10% or being top 25% and SAT score => 1300 (M&R) or ACT =>30? If so, should take a couple of weeks.
All else fall into the review admit area and that can take anywhere from a few weeks or until May 2011.

Are you a transfer? If so, I’m in the same boat!

I am an automatic admit based on the Top 10%. Thank you!

I had a few friends that were automatic admits, and found out within two-three weeks of applying. So very soon!

yeah auto admits find out pretty quick especially if you applied really early. just dont wait to long if you havent applied because then it begins to take longer

tell us when it goes to step 4

I applied on August 3rd, and I am on step 3. I am so excited! :)

im in the same boat, im an academic auto admit and i have been on step 3 for almost a week

no worries though, probably only a couple more weeks :)

Will we be notified on AIS, or we have to wait for a letter or e-mail?

you will get notification on AIS. your status will go to step 4 - which says “a decision has been made”… then hours to a day or two later you will see step 5 if you are admitted, which will allow you to accept your admission.

lovepink2011 -Yes, you will be notified all three ways. At least I was last year. The decision first showed up on my AIS and then I got an email. And then a few days later, a letter.

Has anyone heard back yet?

not yet…

I haven’t gotten accepted yet. Today, though, I got an e-mail from Texas A&M student services and it says something about logging on to howdy and setting up something financial and it says Welcome to Aggieland on the email but I don’t know.
Anyone else receive this e-mail?

I got the same email yesterday. Have you heard anymore?

So much for 2 weeks huh

I’m at step 4. Waiting for letter in the mail!

Congrats!! You actually might see the decision on your AIS. Oh, and has anything changed on your Howdy?

I am on step 4, too! How exciting!

All of my credentials were processed by August 27th, and today I just found out that A&M has mailed me the letter of their decision on the ALS website! I hope I got in! Does anybody know how long it generally takes for step 5 to appear, if assuming A&M accepted me?

Thanks.
