Transfer from CoE to CAS

<p>hello! haha guess i'm posting a question again!</p>

<p>okay, so i've gotten into College of Engineering, but now i've come to think of it, i think i'll end up going to study premed stuffs in undergrad. so i think i would need to transfer from CoE to CAS as soon as possible..</p>

<p>is there any way i can do this before i go to cornell in the fall?
or should i start with engineering school and then transfer later?</p>
