<p>Thanks thisislife, I’m actually not on track to graduate in 4 years (more like 5, or 4 plus a semester). I’ll speak with the counselor at UCR and see what he/she says. In all honesty, if I have to redo everything I have already done, I’m going to finish my BA at CSUF. </p>

I’m also trying to transfer to a UC. Well, intercampus transfer. I didn’t know you can make appointments with counselors at schools you’re interested in! How do you do this?</p>

You simply go on their website and look for their transfer resource center page. Get the number and ask them when would be a good time to stop by. They should give you a list of appointments.
Sadly (for me at least) I have to make another appointment in September of 2013, I missed the deadline and they are no longer accepting appeals for late applications :(</p>
