Transfer from Georgia Tech to Penn

I'm a sophomore at Georgia Tech and want to transfer to an Ivy League. Penn (Wharton specifically) was my top choice in high school but I couldn't go due to financial reasons. I want to transfer to Penn or another Ivy now that I can make things work financially, so I wanted to see if anyone here is familiar with transferring from a pretty good school like Georgia Tech to an Ivy. I'm a business student and have a 3.95, which is probably around the top 5-10% for Tech (I can't find official numbers).

In summary, do these types of transfers happen?

Thanks.

You posted the same post in another Ivy thread. No Ivy is going to take you if you’re just shopping cause of the name.

Well, that’s exactly what I’m exploring.

Someone on another thread said that transfers are more likely to be approved if the college you want to transfer to has something to offer that your current college does not have. I would imagine that Wharton offers many opportunities that you cannot get at Georgia Tech.
