I'm an international student going to Purdue this fall, my major is economics under the liberal arts college at Purdue.

Actually, I wanna go to fisher business school of Ohio state university in the first place, but I don't have a sat or act scores which I'm not entitled to apply for OSU. I knew that transfer to OSU can waive sat with a gpa3.0+ and 30 semesters or 45 quarters. My intended major at OSU is finance, or economics .

I also need to transfer college at purdue, from liberal arts to the management school at purdue. maybe a major transfer from econs to the finance..

here are my questions:
1. Since I'm determined to transfer to OSU fisher, should I need to transfer college/major at Purdue as soon as I go to purdue this fall? (purdue website for CODO:CODO Requirements - Purdue Krannert)
cause I'm worried about if I fail to transfer to OSU, I will miss the chance to CODO at the same time and stuck in the liberal arts at Purdue.
2. As a foreigner, I'm not familiar with those transfer stuff. I need advice for the time planning. In order to transfer to OSU, when should I apply for it? (with a gpa3.0+ and 30 semesters or 45 quarters). when should I start to prepare it?---deal with the PS and recommend letter ,etc. what should I prepare when I study at Purdue?
3. The last, in order to get into OSU, any good advice on choosing the course so that I wouldn't waste too many credicts when transfer.

help, please I couldn't appreciate more! help me out of Purdue!
