Transfer from UCLA to UC Berkeley for my senior year?

<p>Hi! I am a junior undergraduate philosophy major at UCLA. However, currently, I am studying abroad for the extent of the winter/spring quarters of this year. My experiences abroad thus far have brought me to realize that I need a change in my life at home. Thus, I've decided that change I want is to transfer to UC Berkeley. Does anybody know if this this is a viable option for me? And, if so, how difficult would this be to do?</p>

<p>Here are some factors which may be important to note:
- My GPA at UCLA is 3.23
- So far, I have completed 109 units </p>
