Transfer from UCSB to UCLA in one year?

So I got accepted into UCSB, but rejected from UCLA. I’m a pre-bio major and I was wondering if it seems impossible that I could transfer in one year to UCLA?
I have 4 transferable units for a trig class I took
Apush:4
Ap Psychology:4
Ap English Lang: 3
Ap bio: 3
~below are projected scores~
Ap calculus: 3
Ap Environmental Science: 4
Ap English lit : 4
I know I have to take all pre major requirements and have my GE’s to transfer, but are any of these AP credits useful?

Assuming you can wedge the bio requirements in by spring 2020, then yes. But there are a lot of courses.

Take a couple of courses in summer (ideally first calc and if you can swing chem that will help), then get about 5 courses in fall, so UCLA has about 7 classes with letter grades to evaluate.

Go to assist.org for each UC and major and get the specific courses completed by spring 2020. This is what it says for Bio at UCLA:

Doing a quick calculation, to be super competitive, you need about 10-12 courses and these are mostly sequential.

Each AP score of 3 or more gives you units, but your score of 3 does not fulfill the first calc. Your 4 in Eng Lit fulfills first English:
