Transfer GPA to Penn State / JMU Chances?

<p>After 51.5 Credits at a Drexel U, my gpa is a 3.17. My SAT score is Math: 690 and Reading: 630. </p>

<p>At the end of the term i will have a 3.25</p>

<p>What are my chances of getting accepted into PSU or JMU with a 3.17?
And would they improve that much if i waited until the end of the term (i can for PSU, but past deadline for JMU)</p>
