Transfer Help

I want to transfer to UW-Madison and wanted to know what the best option was, via Marquette university or UW-La Crosse.

The problem i'm having is that UW-L has 2 yr guaranteed transfer and i really didn't get challenging classes that would look nice on a transfer app, while Marquette doesn't and its expensive to stay another year. Also the credits don't transfer as easily from non-uw institutions. Its also confusing because UW-Madison states that in 2008, 1000 transfer students came from non-uw institution while 500 came from UW institution.

Please help, i would really appreciate it.

Your opinions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

first of all if the grades are there the grades are there. if uw-l has a 2 year guarantee it doesn’t hurt to go there…if you meet their requirements then you get in.hence guarantee.just because more people transferred in from other schools doesn’t mean anything. if you plan on transfering anyway, i would choose the cheapest schooling ie community college.they don’t look down on CC. However, going to UW0L is also a very smart option for you
