<p>I sent in the initial housing contract (with the 50 dollar deposit) in late October. If admitted, would me sending it in that early give me a guarantee for housing SOMEWHERE on campus? I've heard how it's a lot tougher for transfers to get housing, so I want to be as thorough as possible about this. Oh, and since I will need to send in my Spring grades, I won't hear a decision until late May.</p>

<p>When I visited the San Antonio office, I was told that if you stick with on campus housing with the school, they’ll find you housing SOMEWHERE on campus. They might have to convert a study lounge into a room, but it’s something… And I think she said in those situations the price was a little cheaper.</p>
