<p>I was wondering if any other transfer students have heard about getting a dorm for next year? I applied for wait-list and I have yet to hear if I got a spot yet.</p>
<p>I placed my name on the wait-list on March 25th and have not heard anything.</p>
<p>@rjdm25 Yeah it sucks. I placed my name on the wait-list in December and still haven’t heard. I want to know because if not I need to start looking for off campus housing.</p>
<p>Honestly, I wouldn’t expect to get on campus housing. </p>
<p>I actually have a friend who had to live off campus his first year because Virginia Tech couldn’t get all the freshman into dorms. I highly doubt they’ll have enough housing for transfers but I could be wrong. </p>
