I was accepted as an undecided major and am beginning my sophomore year in the fall. However I am DIEING to study film Production at USC. I know I need 48 credits to transfer into the program, but I think I will have the necessary credits by next spring.

So my question is how hard is it to transfer into SCA from an Undecided major? I know there is a special 'current students only' application period in the fall. Has anyone here successfully transferred in and could give me some advice?

Thanks! Fight On!!

bumping this up. does anyone know anything about transferring into cinema?

You’re DYING to transfer into Cinema? Take one or two non major classes and do VERY well in them. Get to know the professors and enlist their help. Try and get one or two internships within the industry. Volunteer to work on student films. Go into the office and tell them that you want to transfer in and ask what do they want/need for the transfer.

Good luck (and watch the spelling). :)

haha thanks for the advice. judging my the time stamp on that I really wasn’t too awake at that point.

Anyone else have any advice/ success stories?
