<p>i sent in my application as a transfer student and, although it isn't required, asked one of my teachers to write a letter of recommendation for me. Does he need to fill out the teacher recommendation form? or is that only for transfer students?

<p>They don't require recommendations. They don't have a transfer recommendation form. Just tell your teacher to send a letter for you, and give him/her a stamped envelope to send it. The application is due in like a week and a half...</p>
