<p>Doesn’t matter about the dorm options. You will be located on Alumni Quad which you share with one other room mate. It is located “downtown” (it’s actually midtown but, everyone refers to it as downtown). In other words, you will have to take the bus to get to your classes (You ride the bus for free with your SUNY Card).</p>
<p>Freedom is a “apartment” which does not allow you to have a meal plan. You have a kitchen and it is located uptown on campus but, it is far away. You can walk to your classes but, it’ll take you 15-20 minutes. They do offer a shuttle.</p>
<p>So the question is, do you want a dorm with a meal plan or no mean plan and a full kitchen?</p>
