Transfer , major in Nuclear Engineering

Hello guys, I will be applying for the nuclear engineering program at UM, my gpa will be around 3.5 in the end of this semester. I have a bunch of extra curricular, and job experiences, but they are all computer science related. I most likely will count as a junior transfer.
Do you think I stand a chance ?

Thanks.

bump. Anyone ?

3.5 from what school. 3.5 is terrible from any community colleges but 3.5 is decent for a decent engineering school. We need context.

I am in a california community college, 20 years old, I live by myself, I work 35+ hours a week, and also enrolled in school, uhm I have lots of work experience with computers, I had an internship at a canadian computer company, I worked as a java developer for another small company, I worked as a Java, C++, Objective C instructor and curriculum developer for a iD Tech Camps at stanford, I got an internship at Electronic Arts for next summer. i did lots community service. by the end of the semester I would have taken every class they asked for. although my experience is with computers, I dont want to major in them, I just like programming, and there arn’t many extra curriculars out there for nuclear engineering. Also after getting kicked out of the house, the only jobs i could get werein computers, so i found it beneficial in both ways…
I will have strong essays when applying.

the reason I want nuclear engineering is because I am fascinated with this subject, I think nuclear engineering has more to it than what we believe today. I want to research it, and develop it. Also I noticed that the major isnt very impacted so I assumed i would stand a chance but seems like i dont ? what do you think ?
