Hello everyone!

I'm looking into transferring to William and Mary for the 2012 spring semester. Do they only accept transfer students for the spring who are looking to graduate from the College of Arts and Sciences or can I transfer into the spring semester with the anticipation of applying to the Mason School of Business for fall 2012 upon matriculation?

I'm really excited! My application is almost complete, and it is looking much better now than it did when I first applied to William and Mary as a senior in high school.

Thanks in advance for your input!

We admit transfer applicants for both the spring and fall semesters. Initially, every student (whether freshman or transfer) applies simply to W&M. Freshman wanting to major in business then apply to that program during the second semester of sophomore year. Transfer students who are admitted can apply to the Mason School of Business after being admitted assuming a) you will have 54 credits making you a junior and b) have taken the pre-reqs: calc, stats, microecon, macroecon, financial accounting and managerial accounting.

So yes, you can absolutely apply for the spring and if admitted, apply to the school of business for the spring.
