<p>Is it possible to transfer your first semester of college as a freshmen? </p>
<p>Say if I get accepted into UMBC and go...then can I apply to CP for transfer after only one semester?</p>
<p>I know I have to have atleast 12 hours of credit but Is it possible for me to apply and by the time the semester ends I would have my credits done to get in?</p>
