I'm currently going to a community college outside of California, and CMC is my no. 1 choice for a transfer school. I just wanted to know if anyone knew anything about transfer admissions and what components matter the most? For starters, I noticed that they do not require me to send an ACT/SAT score since I am going to a cc which didn't require one for admissions. I have a pretty high GPA (3.9), am involved on campus (school newspaper editor) and got into an "honor society" which I thought was not really worth my time, but it may give me a little boost in apps or resumes. Also, I am wondering how much leverage a coach at CMC has in admissions...

I am interested in their econ-accounting/financial economics and international relations programs. Since those majors are in the field that CMC is known for, does it mean that admissions will be tougher, especially for a transfer student? What do I need to nail to have a good chance of gaining admission? How hard is it to transfer here? Any insight would be appreciated!
