Transfer...Rutgers Business School-Newark or Camden-School of Arts And Sciences?

Hello, I was admitted to Rutgers Business School - Newark, Camden College of Arts and Sciences, and WaitListed at School of Arts and Sciences in New Brunswick.

I am a transfer student, transfering after 1 year attending Brookdale Community College. I am an Accounting Major. Would the Business School in Newark suit my needs and help me find a career path/internship in the future easier or "better" than the Camden College of Arts and Sciences? It may sound like a silly question, but I have a friend who is enrolling at the Camden one next semester and that is the only "pro" holding me up for considering Camden.

Also, I was waitlisted at New Brunswick... I didn't do well in High School and since I didn't have enough credits I guess they still factored that in. I am hoping after my completion of the 4 summer classes I am taking which will all end by June 30th that they will accept me when they see my updated transcript. If I tell Rutgers I am attending one of the above mentioned colleges (Camden or Newark), and then get into New Brunswick, is it easy to switch schools once you registered and everything?

I know I seem confused about everything but any help appreciated, and thanks for reading all of this. Haha.

Hi im Dave, and go to the Rutgers Business School-newark, and i have an answer to your question and that is go to RU-N because the Business program is connected to that of RU-NB and more recruiters go to both campuses. You can always transfer to Ru-New Brunswicks Business School from there but you must do at least two semesters at Ru-newark and have a 3.0 or above. Camdens school of Business is acredited but not ranked. According to Business week, Ru-newark Business program is rated 90 in the nation. I am only supporting this for you because you are pursueing business. Even if you don’t go to New Brunswick, you will still graduate from RU-N/NB Business School and that is quite a prestigious degree. Also to add the business school just added a 2.5 million dollar business building to house the school, which is beutiful.
