Transfer / Sophomore housing

<p>I've applied to transfer for the fall 2008 semester but I'm a little concerned with housing. I wont find out if I got admitted until June 1st, or if they ask for my spring grades likely not until the beginning to mid July. This leaves very very little time to find housing and get the massive amount of work that is required to actually transfer done.</p>

<p>Do you guys have any suggestions of where I can start looking into? As far as apartments that will still have available rooms for fall semester that late in the summer?</p>

<p>I know a lot of people are upset with Conquest housing (an independent housing provider who owns/manages several apartment complexes near USC) for raising their prices, but they have a bulletin board for finding roommates and for students trying to sub-lease their apartments.
