That’s great! Wish you best of luck! When did you submit your application? Maybe mine will be soon then!

I sent my app out on the 11th of march, I actually got deferred because they haven’t received my Final Transcripts yet.

Oh I sent mine on the the 18th. Wait, so they automatically defer you if they don’t receive your final transcript? Are you wait-listed then? Unlucky! I just recently sent mine 2 days ago… Hopefully they’ll get it in time.

I’m not wait-listed. I went straight to my college to check on when they actually sent my transcripts, and they sent them in the middle of march, rather than holding them until my graduation information is posted, so i only got my final transcript sent out to State last Friday, I hope I get a reply soon. I’m travelling over seas for two months on the 7th on June, I need to know before then.

Has anyone heard anything since their last post ?

@Fudgeumms Hi has your status changed since it changed to under review with the transfer equivanlencies? Mine just changed to that and I’m trying so see about how long to expect now. Thanks

AME3219, Here are what the time lines have looked like for me:

31 Jan - Submitted
20 Mar - Status changed to ‘Under Review’
07 May - Status changed to ‘Reviewing Transcripts’
03 Jun - Status changed to ‘Scheduled for Review’ with a link to my transfer evaluation summary - No more updates yet!!

Unfortunately, every stage seems to take forever. What program are you applying to?

Hey Everyone,
My Status went to Under Review - Your file has been scheduled for review by an Admissions Officer. On June 4th, no update since then…my confidence dwindles with each day that passes by with no decision being made. I applied for the School of Management, and my second major is Environmental Sciences. Hopefully I’ll find out soon, I need to make plans incase I have to go to UNC-Charlotte.

I recently submitted a transfer application to State on a whim. I’ve always wanted to attend, but due to money and family issues coming out of high school I chose to attend UNCG, which is only about 30 minutes from my home. Currently my application is “Under Review” so like the rest of you I am waiting, and I’m still unsure of whether I will pull the trigger on transferring if I am accepted. I have a 4.0 at UNCG, am involved in a few clubs, have a steady job, am able to live at home and save about 5-6 grand a year, hold a leadership position with the University Marshals, and can double major in Economics and Spanish, while I would have to do a major/minor at State. Not to mention UNCG’s cheap study abroad programs. I’m planning on taking a trip to Madrid and knocking out two Spanish classes next summer. State offers a similar program, but at a higher price tag. I would be giving up a lot, but the prestige of a degree from State might be too much to pass up. I’m worried about my math credits meeting the minimum requirements for the school of management. I received a 3 on my Calculus AB exam in HS, but I know that a 4 is the recommended score to meet the math requirement.

Hello everyone,

I just got a new status on my wolfpaw page- its now says
“Under Review
Your application package is complete (nothing is missing). It has been forwarded for evaluation for an admissions decision.”

Has anyone else had this status? Could you give any information on how much longer from this point? I’m so anxious!!

@Laurali4

When my application went under review, it took around 2 weeks for a decision. I believe I recieved my decision in 10 days, however 2 weeks is about right. Also, if you are accepted, you have ten days to pay a $200 enrollment fee >.<.

Laurali4,

My application went to that status today too. Hopefully we’ll find out soon. I’m really anxious too.

Didn’t get accepted, =/ limited space. Good Luck everyone else.

Found out today that I got accepted into Poole, but decided not to attend since I would likely have to spend an extra semester past my anticipated graduation date due to credits not transferring right. Plus I have a lot going on at UNCG. I can double major in Econ and Spanish, go to Spain, participate in the honors program and university marshals, and it’s WAYYY cheaper since I can live at home. Hopefully I can attend State’s MS in Economics program, and I feel that UNCG will be able to adequately prepare me for it. Chin up guys! People are still being admitted.
