Hi! I applied for autumn 2016 as a transfer student, I check myUW portal and it said I was reject. I called the admission office and asked about it and they said I should wait till I get a letter before making any big decisions. I was confuse as to why they would say that even though it clearly said I was reject online. I’m in the middle of applying for the informatics program which is due June 15, is there still a chance I get in if I got into my major? is anyone else applying for informatics and have already gotten accepted to the UW and just waiting to hear back from informatics?

When you log on to myUw and click on your application on the top it’ll either say you’ve been accepted, still reviewing, or denied.
I went to check mine and I didn’t see anything about the status of my application.
Yeah, I’m pretty sure that’s a fluke, because the notification period for transfers is June-July
@WendyLam I just got what you had on your application and I got that in June.
