Submitted my application several days ago.
I am a non-traditional student, 25 years old.
Current GPA is 3.95
Intended Major: Communication
Essay: pretty strong. I am an immigrant from Vietnam. I have worked most of my life since I was a little. I also opened my Language Center in Vietnam to help disadvantaged kids.
I hate the waiting game. When do we usually hear back guys?
Hey, so I know that the transfer decisions come out in May or June.
What college are you transferring from? I hear that that’s a very important decision that they consider. Also, how many credits are you transferring with?
Other than that, your GPA is strong as far as I can tell and you have a great shot!

Hey! I am transferring from a community college. 
Transfers hear back pretty late. When I applied for Fall 2015 a few years back I found out when my transcript loaded in early June. I got my acceptence letter in the mail a week later.
The earliest ones will hear back around May, later ones can go to July I believe
I also just got accepted to UWB on May 15th. I am going with UWS though, But just let everyone know in case you are waiting for UWB.
For those who are interested. Back on March 15th I applied to UWB directly into IA&S (Law, Economics & Public Policy). Today (May 23rd 2017), my status changed on MyUW to “Your application to the UW Bothell has been reviewed. All applicants are informed of admission decisions by email or mail when results of the review process become available.” When I checked the Application Status page it said, “Status Update: An update to your application was last posted May 23, 2017.” Right under that there was a blue link that said “View Update”. When I clicked on the link I was redirected to a letter with my application decision. The first part of the letter states, “Congratulations! I am very pleased to offer you admission to the School of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences (IAS) at the University of Washington Bothell for Autumn 2017.” I hope this helps!!
