Transfer Student looking for match/safety schools

Hi everyone,
I am taking classes at DVC, I have a 3.00 cumulative gpa, but realistically its probably going to drop to 2.9 after spring. I have 80~ credits after spring 2020, finished IGETC and ALL major requirements for computer science/software engineering for every CSU/UC. I’ve been trying to find out information about transfer gpa, but many schools don’t have that information readily available. I am applying to
UC Santa Cruz, Riverside, Merced
San Jose State, Cal Poly Pomona, Cal Poly SLO, and San Francisco

I realize that every school but SJSU (software engineering) and SF are reaches, I need help picking more safety schools. Any recommendations would be great!
