Transfer Student Looking for Off-Campus Housing

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I’m going to be transferring this Fall 2014 quarter. I was wondering how difficult it is to find off-campus housing?? I’m trying craigslist and a few other sites looking for a room to rent. My only problem is I would rather move in September, before school starts, instead of right now. But I’m afraid I won’t be able to find any housing if I wait until the end of the summer? Any advice/tips/feedback, please?</p>

<p>Do you not want to live on campus? Did you apply for the Village or the Suites? </p>

<p>Kind of too late for villages. It’s at the waiting list right now </p>

<p>I might apply for University Village, but it’s a little bit too expensive for me. And the suites are definitely too expensive. </p>

<p>My financial aid only covers rent that’s like $500/month, but I’m trying to get a job this summer and save up.</p>
