<p>I transferred to Wellesley back in 2010 and am now a senior.</p>
<p>@Mariecc1, what are the general stats of accepted transfer students? I know it’s futile to ask but I need some sort of vain solace until letters are out lol I’m dying</p>
<p>It varies year to year, depending on how many kids accept their offers of admission. (I got insanely lucky my year, which was the last time they sent out transfer acceptances before the deadline for high-schoolers to send in their final decisions. They had so many people accept that they probably wouldn’t have taken any transfers at all if they’d known. They changed the policy the next year.)</p>
<p>It usually hovers around 15% to 10%, which I know sounds really low. Still, I certainly wasn’t a perfect candidate, I managed to get in somehow! So try not to worry too much. :)</p>
