Hi, I am currently a Freshman at IU Southeast in New Albany and am transferrign to IU Bloomington this coming Fall. I am trying to get into Kelley, but havent taken A100 yet. Should I take it the first 8 weeks of my sophmore year then take X220 second 8 weeks. Im not all too worried about A100, I just want to get it out of the way. So is this my best option?

Yes, the sooner you take it the better–since it is a prerequisite for the other two required accounting courses: Financial Accounting BUS-A201 and Managerial Accounting BUS-A202.

You will want to have both of those two courses complete by the end of your sophomore year so that you can take I-Core sometime during your junior year and your major upper-division courses during the junior and senior years.

thanks a lot. i have another question too. since i am transferring, i wont be able to take A201 and A202 until the summer between sophmore and junior year. can i still take ICORE during the fall semester of my junior year?
