<p>So…here’s my story. I spent my freshman and sophomore year studying voice and drama at a small liberal arts college in Lexington, KY. I now realize that it was a complete waste of my time and energy. However, while there I took 4 theory classes, 2 music history classes, psychology, and some others. I’m fully aware that the freshman and senior showcases are really important, so I know (if accepted) that I would be entering as a freshman. But, I’m curious to know if any of those credits will transfer.</p>
<p>i'm in your same situation. two years at the same type of school as you but in west palm beach, fl. ccm has been great in letting me know which credits are going through and as of now i think all but 3 of my credits are transferring. since, if accepted, i would start as a freshman, my credits would go for general education things if that is where they apply and some of my tech theatre classes would go for that and then the theatre classes i already had would either take the place of some at ccm or go as electives depending on the course. once you apply they will email you a link and you put in your info and it gives you credit evaluation form letting you know what your credits are counting as. hope this helps</p>
