Transfer Summer Courses Advice?

I am a freshman transfer student [sophomore in the fall] and I will be taking summer courses. I am currently a Bio Major intending to fulfill the pre-med requirements; however I took this past spring semester [of freshman year] off due to some unforseen circumstances. I know that I will discuss this information with my advisor, but I wanted to set up a general plan. I took cellular biology & genetics, calculus I, religion [requirement at previous school] and norwegian language courses during the fall semester. In order to "catch up" I was wondering which classes I should take? I was thinking about either:

-stastics [12 weeks] and a general requirement
-biology II [6 weeks] and a G.E.
-or chemistry [12 weeks] and statistics [12 weeks]

However, I am worried that if I take Chemistry over the summer I might be getting in over my head because I don't have a particularly strong chemistry background. Does anyone have any advice as to what I should take? I will be taking a full fall courseload. I also have a lot of G.E.s fulfilled because I was an I.B. student but I thought it would be beneficial to take the ones I have left now so I have room for courses in my major later on.
