Transfer to ILR chances

Okay I'm pretty sure everyone is sick of these posts but I would really appreciate some feedback.

I got a letter from the ILR School. Now I had no idea Cornell would ever look at me, but i was happy to get it. I wonder if anyone would mind gauging my chances to get in. i wasn't a spectacular student in high school so I'm a little worried.

High School: not too great
GPA: 3.2 (unweighted)/3.5 (weighted) high honors
Rank: 21 of 136
ACT: 26
Activities: Student Government, Beta Club, Academic Team, Marching Band, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Cross-Country
Awards: Highest Average in Law, Academic Team MVP, Nation Rural Electric Power Association Award, Departmental Award for Social Sciences for my class

College: I know that the Community College route mat not have been the best one, but it was the best decision financially. i think I've a bit better.
GPA: 4.0
Activities: Phi Theta Kappa (hopefully soon to be the new VP of Scholarship), Phi Beta Lambda, Alpha Omega/ Tri Delta (our science club that I'm the president of), Marching Band, Symphonic Band, Jazz Band, our school's rock band the Sojourners, Academic Team, GSA (I'm not that big of a participant), student tutor, history club.
Awards: well haven't really had that chance yet, but my government teacher that's taught for 40 years said I was his best student ever (got a 132 in class, never made below a 108 on anything lol)

Volunteer Outside activities: I teach advanced guitar with the Wesley Foundation. I also founded Ace Nation, a political/support group for asexuals, which is the orientation I identify as.

And it will help I'm also Jewish.
