Transfer to Rutgers

<p>Hello everybody. I'm thinking about transfering to rutgers Fall 2008. I'm currently a junior and I want to know if rutgers has rolling admissions. The application deadline was Jan 15. All my credentials were sent before that date except for my college transcript. My college mailed it out Jan 8 so they should have received it already. When I check my app status, it says it takes up to 10 days to post receipt of credentials. I'm concerned that its too late and they're going to discard my application. Can anyone help me with this? Is there still hope for me?</p>
