Transfer to TCU- Spring 2019

Hello everyone,
I want to transfer to TCU in Spring 2019,
I have GPA 4.0 at CC, SAT 1340, SAT 2: Math 800, physics 790, chemistry 800, and enough TOEFL IBT’s requirement.

However, I did not have enough 27 credits. Can I be considered for scholarship?
How about the financial package at TCU?

I don’t think you can be considered because you have less than the required 27 units

How quickly did everyone find out if they received a scholarship? Also, do they tell you if you don’t receive one.
