Transfer to UCF or USF?

I am going to UNF for my first two years because it is close to home and has 16,000 instead of like 50,000 like UCF. After I finish two years of UNF, do you think that I will be able to get into UCF or USF? I want to go there because I want to do pre-med and they have very good programs for that.

And for transfer do they need your SAT or ACT scores too, or just the stuff you did in college? My SAT scores are Reading 490 (first test), Math 600 (second test), and Writing 610 (second test). And can you take the SAT after you have been in college? Because if they need SAT scores, I will probably have to take it again right?

Thanks for anyone who can help.

Oh, I am graduating high school on June 6th, and as of now, I have at least 8 college credits and all A’s in those classes so I have a 4.0 GPA.
Comp 1 (3 credits) Comp 2 (3 credits)
Intro to Healthcare Delivery Systems (2 credits)
(I was supposed to take College Algebra and Statistics too, but they only offered it for 06 and I have Spanish 4/AP Spanish at that time)

I will have additional credits if I pass my AP Spanish Test on May 5th.
