transfer to UIUC for the spring, do I have a chance?

I'm an Asian immigrant, 22yr/o. I've been to the U.S for a year and 4moths. English is my second (foreign language) I started at a com college then transferred to state school last spring and double enrollment. I declared major in physics, chem and math minor. I'm planning to transfer to UIUC LAS-chem/physics. UIUC will be my out-state school.
My classes at comm college:
- intro college chem, college algebra, trig (all A but not counted toward my major so I don't count them to my overall GPA)
- intro psych, crit reasoning, world civ II, elementary Spanish I, psych-human development, microecon (A)
- world civ I, Eng comp I (B)
- Calc II (A)

classes at state uni
- Calc I, gen chem II (A)
- Linear algebra, gen chem I lab (A-)
- university physics I, gen chem I (B+)
- gen chem II lab (B-)

as of this summer, I have 51cr/hr counted toward my degree. I'm taking 19cr this fall at my state uni: organic I, quantitative chem analysis, physics II, Calc III, Diff.Equa.

my Overall GPA: 3.74
technical GPA: 3.70

I took 16cr all math science this summer, Calc II, gen chem II + lab, linear algebra, physics I plus my family was moving (people told me not to do that but I don't want to spend more than 4yrs so I had to to meet preqreqs for upper classes that offered in specific term). That's where most of my low grades come from. I'm trying to boost my tech GPA up this fall as I'm taking all sci-classes. But the admission committee won't see that when they make the decision.

I don't have ex-activities either. I've been an official driver since June. And I didn't have much opportunity to do such thing. But back home I was a violin teacher for 1.5yr. That's all I have.

Assume that I nailed the essay (I'm starting it in 3days and will have writing center proofread it at least 3times), do have have a chance?

I want to transfer real bad. I don't like my school and it doesn't have good program in chem/physics for my plan of grad school. UIUC is one of my best shoot for grad school so I decided to transfer for undergrad and go up to grad.

Thanks a lot!!!!

anybody? please help me out!
