I have 31 hours of credit from UT Dallas with 3.47 GPA with extra 3 hours from Tarrant County College with a 3.0 GPA (Yeah I know :()

Transferring for Spring semester to UT Austin COLA with my major choice being Economics. What are my chances? I have already finished sending my application and essays (Awesome essays that my counselor say it shows alot of conviction) :D!

Was accepted to COLA as a transfer for the Fall of 2010.

I’ve heard that as long as you satisfy all of their requirements and have a 3.5 GPA, then you’ll be fine. I would recommend that you take classes this summer, fall and spring and bring up your GPA AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Fulfill ALL COLA requirements.

Try to take classes at Tarrant County College this summer and BRING that GPA up to a 3.5 GPA.
