I doubt there are no transfer spots open. I've been in contact with the crew coach and I'm sure he would have said something. Also, after the Harvard fiasco, I'm sure they would have come out and said it before hundreds of angry students call asking for their money back.

We should all be hearing by or on this upcoming saturday. good luck to everyone.

I called the admission office on Thursday to see when the letters would be going out and I was told not until the beginning of next week. I hope that's not true. Maybe the receptionist lady just didn't want people calling to check on their status until the letters (should) have arrived?

I don't think you were wrong about not taking transfers. I got my letter today, I was rejected. There were 10 spots with 321 applicants. Sounds like they just didn't want to go through with what Harvard has to do, so they accepted a small amount to make it seem legit.

That sucks, MLEVINE07! I'm sorry to hear that. I'm dreading my letter. When was it dated?

Yesterday. I'm at Bard, so I'm only like 25 minutes from Vassar.

oh wow, that is pretty terrible. 3% transfer rate. well, looks like I will be applying to your current school come spring...as well as plenty of other schools that aren't Vassar.

darn.

yep, got my rejection today.

I was rejected too. :-(

I got in. Right after watching a tornado eat my city.

Suburbiaurealis:

I got in too and will be attending. Are you? PM me. I'd love to chat with you and get to know someone else in the same situation as me before I get on campus.
