Transfer to William and Mary?

So I am going to a local community college in Virginia so I can use the GAA. Right now I have a 4.0 at my community college so I definitely have the GPA to get in. So my question is do you think William and Mary would be a good fit for me? I love the small classes at my community college, also I love the area of Williamsburg because it is close to family I have, also I am a psych major. I'm not quite sure if William and Mary has a good Psychology program, but I intend to get my PhD after graduating.

Anyways thank for any answers you guys leave!

One of the hallmarks of W&M is our small classes. Average class size is 25-30 students. Nearly 40% of our classes have fewer than 20 students.

We have a great psych department. It’s very popular among our students and offers lots of opportunities for research. One of our former interns did a study her senior year with a professor who was studying the affect incarceration of parents had on the psychological development of children. This student, as a college senior, visited state prisons and interviewed parents and children and contributed fully to the study. One of our current interns who’s a senior is re-creating a famous psych experiment for her honors study with a slightly different hypothesis and is getting a lot of support from faculty. Our School of Ed has graduate programs in counseling or if you’re looking at going pre-med, our pre-med advisor is fantastic.

Consider coming to visit for a prospective transfer day next fall (we have no more this spring) to learn more about transferring. The GAA is a great way to enter W&M and ease the stress. For you, if you plan on graduating from your community college in the Spring of 2012, the letter of intent for the GAA would be due this September 1.
