You all seem pretty experienced with transfer issues here, so I thought it would be a good place to ask; How possible is it for me to transfer from William & Mary to a small liberal arts college (preferably all-girls)?

I would be entering Fall 2012 as a first-semester sophomore. I've gotten all but two final grades back for this semester, and my GPA is looking like a 3.6-3.8 for 16 credits, and I had 6 credits coming in from IB scores. I think most, if not all, of my classes would transfer to a liberal arts curriculum, since W&M is fairly liberal arts-y for a research university. My extracurriculars here are okay; no leadership positions or anything but I do have a job. I have asked two professors if they would be willing to write recommendations, and I feel confident that they will be relatively solid, considering I've only been here a few months. (And what do I do about my advisor rec? I've spoken to the woman maybe twice for 30 minutes!)

My high school transcript was good; I ended senior year with a 4.3W/3.9UW GPA, 7 IB classes senior year (+4 junior year), 2140 SAT, some unimpressive extracurriculars, and having had several jobs.

The schools I think I will be applying to are Scripps, Smith, and Barnard. I'm also thinking about Wellesley. My reasons for transferring are mainly about needing to get out of a small town and out of Virginia, as well as the desire for a more intellectually stimulating environment, less Greek culture, a smaller school, and the all-girls thing.

Oh my god, sorry this is so wordy. It's finals week and I'm stressed beyond belief!

TL;DR: I go to W&M. My grades are okay. HS was pretty good. Need to get out of the South. Is there any chance I could get into Scripps, Smith, Barnard, or Wellesley?
