Transfer transcripts arriving late to CSULB what do I do?

I am deeply distressed right now because I am a transfer trying to get to long beach. I was offered conditional acceptance and needed to send my transcript by 4/15/18.

I ordered them on Friday, however before then I thought i could electronically send my transcripts because my school said they offer that service and CSULB said they accept them.

When I went to go order them there was no electronic option available even though the website said it offered it as well. Only mail options, so I chose mail delivery but it said it would take 3-5 business days. I know I should have dealt with this earlier however I went to talk to the admissions office and I was in tears.

They said I could try to email their transcript department showing them my confirmation order that was done before the deadline. However they said they can’t guarantee me it will suffice.

I did email them my confirmation orders and I sent them a PDF of my unofficial transcripts
Another person said if I get my offer withdrawn I could appeal. But what would my chances of appeal be?

I have a great GPA, I had good letters or rec, I did everything and more than what I need for my academic criteria. My transcripts just won’t arrive on time.

If anyone can find out how I can electronically send them my official transcripts I’d be so appreciative!!!

@Gumbymom Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Since April 15 is a Sunday, they will not even try to process your transcripts at earliest Monday so I think as long as you have proven they were submitted prior to the deadline you should be fine.

Thank you for replying! I feel slightly better.

I’m still really stressed and concerned my offer may be withdrawn.

I don’t want to think what would happen if I have to tell my family that I got denied because of late paperwork. They’re already happy that I got an offer of admission.
