For some reason on my update it says that my mathematics requirement has been completed with Calculus II, which I haven't taken yet. I have fulfilled the requirement with Precalculus, but since I already submitted the update, is there something I should do? Like emailing the campuses I applied to? Or does it automatically take your highest math class and assume you will complete it. Thanks.

You can re-submit the update until Jan 31

U can always go back and make change or changes.

Thanks for the responses! So I went back to try to change it, but I’m not sure how to. It says on my application that I have planned Calc II for Summer 2012, but on the next page it says “Based on the courses you reported in Academic History, you have fulfilled the course requirement for this subject with a grade of C or better” for College/University Mathematics, then it lists Calculus 2. Ahhh, I’m not sure how to fix this!

Hey, the same thing happened to me when I filled out my TAG agreement. I was taking Math25 at the time and had not completed it, but it said that I had fulfilled the Math requirement with Math25. I think they use the courses you have listed as “planned” or “in progress”, even if you have not finished them, as credit. So don’t worry, it’s normal :)

Are you sure? Why didn’t they say Calc I, which I am taking in the spring? Also, the only reason I’m super concerned is because I don’t want my TAG with SD to become invalid because of it. You have to have your transferable math class completed Fall 2011 so I’m worried that they’ll see this and assume that I didn’t complete a transferable class. AHHH I don’t know I’m so worried and confused. I tried to call the help line but they’re gone until July! I don’t understand why it says I completed Calculus II when it says on my application it’s planned for summer 2012.

don’t worry I’m almost positive its not a mistake. your tag will be fine they wouldnt reject your tag for something so insignificant. you’re fine (:

and I’m pretty sure you can contact the uc app help line? I thought I made a mistake on my application and I sent them an email and they responded the next day
