<p>ok, I'm a senior in high school right now (no chance of frosh admission to UCB). I was wondering, what does UCB look at for transfer applicants (applying chem engineering)? Does my high school gpa count against me or is it just college gpa? Does SAT count?</p>

<p>Once you do a couple years at a community college, private or state school, or another UC -- you can transfer to Cal with your GPA at said school. Only privates ask for High School grades if you finished an equivalent of less than 30 of their units. (At least USC does this.) When I was applying transfer to other schools when I was thinking about leaving, they did ask for my SATs.</p>
