<p>Are high school grades important? Or do college grades matter more?</p>
<p>Do they go and look back to your application for freshman?</p>
<p>I'm guessing the same thing they look for in high school applicants: high grades, great outside activities (job experience, research, etc.), and good recommendations from your professors.</p>
