Sooo I'm trying to transfer to SD, specifically Revelle, from Irvine. So is there anyone that has actually done this that will be willing to share what exactly there schedule was over the two years at Irvine. Specifically, how you covered both the Irvine curriculum and the Revelle GE requirements. or could possibly tell me about a counselor or website that might help me out? Oh and btw, I'm a bio sci major.

If you want to do UC to UC transfer, just complete UC Reciprocity. Basically you just complete all of your school's (in this case UCI) lower division GE requirements and then you go to your college office to get the UC Reciprocity form which your dean will sign + mail to UCSD when you have shown you have completed your requirements. Go ask your counselor about it; pretty sure they will know what I'm talking about.

Basically, with the UC Reciprocity, you are not subjected to UCSD's GE requirements if you have finished UCI's GE reqs. However, depending on your sub-college choice at UCSD, you might still need to take additional courses. I know in my case (recent transfer to Muir), I'm pretty much exempt from taking all GE classes, a writing class and a "cultural diversity" class. Also, your major might have additional requirements that you might be required to take. For me, I have to take 2 additional lower-div courses for my major. But basically, through UC Reciprocity, you can pretty much start taking upper division classes as soon as you transfer and be on track on your way to graduation.
