Transfering From Community college need help and advice please

Okay so this semester i will be graduating with an Associates in Arts degree from a community college.

This is my transcript so far:

This semester I am also taking Western Civilization II (HIS 122) and Introduction to Sociology (SOC 210). I will get an A in both of them and bump my GPA up a smudge.
Now that i am about to graduate i have a few questions:

Can i transfer to any university? (do some universities not accept community colleges/AA degrees?)

Is my GPA (and the classes i took) good enough to get accepted into a University? (also since i HAVEN'T graduated yet (I do that in a few months) how can i apply with my AA degree?)

I plan to go into something Business related (Accounting, Finance, Economics...ect). Any advice on which one is the best (in terms of salary, how interesting it is, how hard it is, job demand..ect) would be GREATLY appreciated.

The University i am leaning toward applying for is UNC Charlotte (since it is really close and very affordable). I won't be able to declare a major yet since i haven't taken any business classes (had no idea what i wanted to major in until recently). Will my transcript get me a good start though?

Here is the UNC Charlotte curriculum at guide for Pre-BUS/ECON/Accounting

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Thanks.

EDIT: also i just got an invitation to join something called "phi theta kappa" I am just wondering if anyone knows if it is worth it. Will something like that look good on an application?

When you apply for graduation at your community college you’re supposed to set up an appointment with your advisor to see if you are set to graduate and have taken all the required courses.

Your GPA looks great and I don’t know any Uni that doesn’t accept AA transfers in fact many have articulation agreements w/ local CC’s. You should talk to your advisor to find out about that.
Also you just need to have earned your AA before the date you plan to enter the uni you apply to.

Thanks for the response! When i turned in my application for graduation i had no idea i needed to set up a meeting with my Adviser.

I will try to communicate with my Adviser tomorrow.

Do talk to your advisor, if you are a NC resident, they should definitely have information about transferring to UNC-C.

Most schools accept CC transfers, but often your in-state publics are the most affordable.

For information about careers, you might want to try posting on the Business major subforum here on CC.

PTK is the main honor society for CC students, it is a widely recognized and respected accomplishment. Some schools have merit awards for PTK members, check the PTK website.
