Should I earn an Associates at my communtiy college then transfer?

I am currently in my second semester at community college. I got waitlisted at NC State last year so I chose to go to a community college for free rather than pay for a school I don't really want to go to. I have done everything at community college I could possibly do to boost my application to make myself suitable for NC State(4.0 GPA, 28 Credit Hours, Member of Student Government, our booster club and Phi Theta Kappa while working roughly 20 hours a week)..but i have also seen myself grow as a student and I feel like I am talented enough to go to a top 25 school. I had a 3.3 uw GPA, 2x Letterman in football and wrestling. I have pretty good test scores:ACT(34 Math, 31 English, 30 Science, 27 Reading, 7 writing, but community college has really improved my writing ability). Should I stay at community college for two years and earn my associates? If I did this and assuming my stats at least stay the same, how competitive would I be for transfer to a top 25 university? Also, if anyone has suggestions on how to strengthen my application, I am all ears.

Yes you should get your AA. And then transfer so you have the strong liberal arts background.
