<p>did you talk to your profs? theyre usually better+more knowledgeable than advisers</p>
<p>I'd recommend maybe looking into the Illinois Articulation Initiative. It could help in while competing with others for spots since UIUC's program in CS is pretty cut throat.</p>

<p>Oh ok. Nevertheless I would encourage you to talk to professors from the universities that you want to attend because they may be able to suggest coursework and even other places to apply. Many times, admissions will even consult these professors ( the heads, not like the adjuncts) in the admissions process as well so it can help you in that way too.</p>
