Basically after this year i plan on transfering closer back home.
What are my chances of getting into Uconn Storrs with:

Connecticut Resident
3.45 GPA at University of Oklahoma-Norman
3.1 out of 4 H.S GPA and 23 ACT

Did alot of volunteer work in high school and played 3 sports
in College i joined a fraternity that does community service
Wrote a good transfer essay for Uconn

Just wondering if anyone knows what my chances are of getting into Storrs

thanks!

also, im going as an Undeclared major and my h.s. class rank was 59/189 top 1/3 of class

I would say that you are a splitter: 50/50.

thanks for the information!

I’m a freshman at a private school in RI and I was accepted as a transfer for 2010-2011 with a 3.3 HS GPA and 1650 overall SAT. I also got a 23 on my ACT and my college GPA was 3.2. So, if I got in…and my stats really aren’t great, I think you’ll definitely get in.

i don’t know too much about transfer admissions, but id be surprised if you didn’t get in. 3.45 is pretty solid for a freshman and I doubt the average transfer GPA is much above a 3.3 or so.
