transfering to university of michigan after one year in MSU.

im joining michigan state university starting fall 2013. my first choice was university of michigan but i was rejected today. i want to transfer to university of michigan after a year at MSU. can anyone tell me the transfer process? can i apply for early application? or is it just a rolling admission? and even if i can apply for early application, how do i send my university gpa? i really want to get in to u of m and im very sure i can get a gpa 4 in my first year in msu. but will that be enough? because my SAT scores were average and my high school gpa was a 3.62. will i get rejected again even if i have a 4 gpa while in MSU?

I know of many people who have done what you are trying to do and got accepted to u of m with 3.9+, roughly the same high school GPA as yourself and decent EC’s.

As for the admissions info, look that up on u of m’s website the info is all there.

One thing you should ask yourself though is why you really want to transfer. Dont get me wrong i am not trying to discourage you, but looking at student reviews most students are happier at MSU, and it might be difficult for you to start over socially starting some place new twice in 2 years.
